We spent years building web systems, mobile apps and IoT deployments for businesses across Bangladesh and beyond. Doing that work put us inside a lot of operations, and the same thing kept showing up: the expensive problem was almost never the software. It was a decision being made from data nobody had time to read.
A quality issue found at the end of a line instead of at the station. A support queue answered in arrival order. A forecast built from a rolling average in a spreadsheet. These are not software gaps, they are prediction and pattern problems, and they are what modern AI is genuinely good at.
So we changed what we lead with. We now put engineers inside an operation first, find where those decisions are costing money, and only then talk about what to build. The audit is free because the analysis is the part most organisations are missing, and charging for it just delays the decision.

Plenty of workflows are cheaper to leave alone. The report names those explicitly, because a roadmap that recommends everything is worthless.

Every recommendation carries a build cost, an annual saving and a payback period. If we cannot quantify it, we do not claim it.
