United States and Canada
The AI engineering team that ships while you sleep.
NXTVIS deploys production AI for US and Canadian mid-market operators and the agencies that serve them: vision on the plant floor, document automation in the back office, forecasting in the supply chain, and assistants grounded in your own systems. A Dhaka day and a New York day do not touch, so we run a shifted team that puts 09:00 to 12:00 Eastern inside our working hours, every day, and we say that plainly because you would find out in week one.
3 hrs
Live overlap with Eastern time, every working day
1 call
Fixed daily call for Pacific partners, 09:00 PT
The shifted shift runs 14:00–22:00 Dhaka time. Work handed over at the end of your day is in your inbox when you start the next one.
Where mid-market AI stalls
Most US mid-market firms have AI somewhere. Few have it in a core process.
The barriers are not model quality. They are data quality, security and privacy, and legacy systems that nothing new can talk to. That last mile (where a model meets an ERP from 2009, a spreadsheet someone maintains by hand and a process full of exceptions) is exactly the work we do.
How AI usually gets sold to the mid-market
- A platform licence first, and a search for a problem it fits second
- A discovery invoice before anyone has opened your database
- A pilot that demos well in a meeting and never reaches production
- A twelve-month roadmap priced before the data has been seen
How NXTVIS works
- Engineers inside your systems in week one, read-only, at no cost
- A costed roadmap written after the data has been seen, with the workflows we would not automate named explicitly
- The first deployment live in weeks, measured against your P&L
- Monitoring, retraining and handover documentation as standard, so the system outlives the engagement
What we deploy in North America
Operational AI, measured against a cost line.
What your procurement team will ask
The vendor checklist, answered up front.
US buyers check the same list every time: security posture, references, IP, time zone, pricing transparency. Here is where we stand on each, including the one we have not finished yet.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access with logging, scheduled retention, incident response with named contacts. Controls are published on our Security & Compliance page; SOC 2 Type II is on the roadmap and we will complete your security questionnaire before any bid.
HIPAA
For healthcare deployments we sign a Business Associate Agreement, keep PHI inside US-region infrastructure you control, and scope engineer access to de-identified data wherever the work allows.
Intellectual property
Full assignment of code, models, documentation and infrastructure configuration to you on final payment. Nothing is licensed back. You have the contractual right to bring in another team at any time.
Paperwork
W-8BEN-E on file for your finance team. We are a foreign entity performing services outside the United States. We sign your MSA and SOW, invoice in USD on your payment terms, and provide company registration and insurance documentation before a bid.
References
Available on request under the client's permission, plus our published case studies. We would rather you spoke to someone we have built for than read a logo wall.
How the engagement runs
Four steps. The first three cost nothing.
A 30-minute call, in your morning
Between 09:00 and 12:00 Eastern. We map how the operation runs, which systems hold the data and where the cost sits.
Remote systems review under NDA
Read-only access to the systems and exports you choose, and screen-shared walkthroughs with the people who run the workflows.
The AI Opportunity Report
Every deployable workflow with build cost, annual saving and payback; the ones we would leave alone; integration and risk notes. Written for whoever signs off the budget.
Deploy, on the shifted shift
Proof of concept inside two weeks, production inside two months, hosted in US regions you control, with monitoring and handover as standard.
Straight answers
What US buyers ask us.
If the project needs eight hours of live collaboration every day, hire nearshore. Most AI deployment work does not: it needs a clear brief, a daily sync and good written handovers, and it benefits from a team that is building while you are out of the office. We cover 09:00 to 12:00 Eastern live every day, run everything else asynchronously by design, and cost materially less for the same seniority.
Not yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. We publish our controls, complete security questionnaires, and sign DPAs and BAAs. SOC 2 Type II is on our roadmap; ask for the current status and we will give you a date rather than a promise. For work inside your own infrastructure, your SOC 2 is the one that matters, and we work within it.
Your MSA and SOW, or ours. Fixed price per scope where the scope is clear; a monthly retainer per named engineer for ongoing work. We invoice in USD on your terms, and our W-8BEN-E is on file so your finance team has nothing to chase.
Yes, and we prefer to. Engineers work inside your AWS, Azure or GCP account, your VPN, your repositories and your Slack or Teams, with access scoped and logged. The data does not have to come to us; we go to it.

One thirty-minute call in your morning. A few days inside your systems, remotely and under NDA. A written, costed report you can take to your CFO. You pay for none of it.
The audit is run remotely over a read-only connection and a few working calls. A site visit is arranged only when a floor deployment needs one.
