White-label development partner

Your agency, our engineering team. The client never knows we exist.

NxtVis builds web apps, mobile apps, custom platforms and AI-powered products under your brand. You keep the client, the relationship and the IP. We stay invisible, on your Slack, in your Jira, signing your NDA before we see a single brief.

Client-facing contact from us, ever

Built for agencies and studios in the Middle East, the United States, Europe and Australia, with the timezone and contracting detail for each spelled out below rather than glossed over.

The model

What a white-label development partner actually is

You sell the work. We build it. Your client sees your team, your brand, your project manager, your invoices, because that is exactly what it is. We are the engineering capacity behind it, and we are contractually invisible.

  • You own the relationship

You scope, you pitch, you price, you invoice. We never contact your client, never appear on a call unless you invite us under your brand, and never approach them afterwards. Non-solicitation is in the contract.

  • You own the output

Full IP assignment on delivery. Repositories, infrastructure, documentation and credentials transfer to you or straight to your client. Nothing is licensed back to us.

  • We work inside your tools

Slack, Teams, Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Notion, Asana, whichever you already run. Our engineers show up in your workspace with your naming conventions, not ours.

  • You scale without hiring

Add two senior engineers for one quarter and remove them the next. No recruitment cycle, no severance, no bench sitting idle between projects.

Why agencies choose us

Five reasons partners stay past the first project

Most agencies come to us because a deal is bigger than the team. They stay because the delivery is boring in the way delivery should be.

AI-first development, not AI theatre

We use AI where it measurably changes the output: code generation under human review, automated test and migration work, spec-to-scaffold on new services, and AI features built into the product itself: RAG assistants, document extraction, vision, forecasting. Your client gets a modern product; you get it sooner.

The advantage

Senior capacity without headcount

Full-stack, mobile, data and ML engineers, plus DevOps and QA. You get the specialisation a boutique team cannot justify hiring for, on the projects that need it and not on the ones that do not.

Capacity

Complete brand protection

Mutual NDA before the first brief. Non-solicitation both ways. No case study, no logo on our site, no LinkedIn post, your client list is not our marketing. If you want us referenceable, that is a separate written permission.

Confidentiality

A process you can put in front of a client

Fixed sprint cadence, a named lead who answers in your working hours, demo builds every week, and written estimates you can price against. No surprise scope conversations two days before a launch.

Delivery

Rates that leave you a real margin

Our pricing is built so a partner can quote at market rate and keep 40–60% or more. We would rather be the profitable half of a long relationship than the cheap half of one project.

Commercials

Overflow you can turn on and off

Two of your developers leave, or three projects land the same week. We take the overflow at short notice and hand it back when your team is whole again.

Flexibility

Every engagement starts with a small paid pilot if you want one. It is the cheapest way for both of us to find out whether this works.

Where our partners are

Four regions, four different working realities

We are in Dhaka, GMT+6. That is a real advantage in the Gulf and Australia, a workable half-day in Europe, and something we solve with a shifted team in North America. Here is the arithmetic rather than the sales version.

Six to seven hours of shared day

The UAE (GMT+4) overlaps our working day from 09:00 to 16:00 their time: seven hours. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait (GMT+3) get six. Our office runs Sunday to Thursday, which matches Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman exactly; for the UAE, which moved to a Monday-to-Friday week in 2022, we cover Friday for live systems and treat Sunday as a quiet build day. Contracting in USD or AED, and in-region hosting where a client requires data to stay in the Gulf.

Middle East · GCC

A four to five hour morning window

Central Europe overlaps 09:00–13:00 in winter and 09:00–14:00 in summer; the UK gets 09:00–12:00 and 09:00–13:00. Standups, reviews and demos go in that window and everything else is async by design. On paper: a GDPR Article 28 processing agreement, Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer (Bangladesh has no EU adequacy decision), a named sub-processor list, and EU-region deployment when your client asks for it. Quoted in EUR or GBP.

Europe · UK

No natural overlap, so we shift the team

A Dhaka day and a New York day do not touch at all. We say so plainly because you would find out in week one. For North American partners we run a shifted shift, 14:00–22:00 our time, which puts 09:00 to 12:00 Eastern inside our working day every day. Pacific gets one fixed call at 09:00 PT and a genuinely async process around it. Contracting is your MSA and SOW, a W-8BEN-E on file for your finance team, invoicing in USD.

USA · Canada

Your afternoon, our morning

Sydney and Melbourne overlap 13:00–17:00 during standard time and 14:00–17:00 through daylight saving: three to four hours every day, at the end of yours and the start of ours. It suits a morning handover and an afternoon review. Quoted in AUD or USD; how a foreign services supplier sits with your GST is your accountant’s call, not ours.

Australia · New Zealand

One caveat you should hear from us rather than discover: our office week is Sunday to Thursday. Sunday is covered at no extra cost; Friday cover is arranged per engagement and written into the schedule rather than assumed.

Cross-border, without the friction

The paperwork your client’s procurement team will ask for

None of this is exotic. It is the same list every time. Having it ready is most of what separates a partner you can name in a bid from one you cannot.

Ready before you ask

  • Mutual NDA: ours or yours. We will sign your paper.
  • W-8BEN-E on file for US partners: we are a foreign entity performing services outside the United States.
  • GDPR Article 28 processing agreement, with Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer and a named sub-processor list.
  • Company registration and insurance documentation on request, before a bid rather than after it.
  • Invoicing in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD or AED, on your payment terms rather than ours.

Decided per engagement

  • Hosting region (EU, UK, Gulf, US or Australia) chosen by your client’s requirement, not our convenience.
  • Whether any client data leaves that region at all. Often it does not need to, and we build for that from the start.
  • Access scoping: which engineers hold which credentials, and for how long.
  • Friday and public-holiday cover, written into the schedule at kickoff.
  • Whether we join client calls under your brand, or brief your project manager instead.

Proof

Things we have already built end to end

Shipped products, not slideware. A multi-tenant SaaS with retrieval-augmented chat and image generation, an exam platform with adaptive practice, a school management system, a services marketplace, a catering platform and two mobile apps. Every one of these is the kind of brief an agency brings us, and each detail page says what was built, what it runs on, and what it measurably changed.

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us

Most partners start project-based, then move to a retainer once the second or third brief lands.

Project-based

Fixed priceper scope

A defined brief, a written estimate, a fixed price and a delivery date. Best when the scope is clear and you need to quote your client a number you can stand behind.

  • Written estimate within 3 working days
  • Milestone-based invoicing
  • Weekly demo build
  • Fixed price for a fixed scope
  • Full IP assignment on final payment

Dedicated team

Most chosen

Monthly retainerper engineer

Named engineers reserved for your agency, in your tools, on your standups. The model partners with steady pipeline settle on.

  • Named engineers, not a rotating pool
  • Your sprint cadence and ceremonies
  • Scale up or down with 30 days notice
  • Priority on new briefs
  • Predictable monthly cost to plan margin against

Overflow support

On demandtime and materials

For the weeks when three projects land at once, or a developer resigns mid-sprint. Short notice, no minimum commitment.

  • Onboarded in days, not weeks
  • No monthly minimum
  • Bug backlogs, migrations, QA surges
  • Hand back the moment your team is whole
  • Same NDA and non-solicitation terms

Rates depend on stack and seniority, not on where the work happens. Ask for the rate card and we will send it without a call first.

How we work

NDA first. Everything else follows.

Five steps from first message to delivered software. The first two cost you nothing.

Mutual NDA

Signed before you send us anything. Ours or yours: we will sign your paper. Non-solicitation is included in the same document, in both directions.

Day 1No cost

Brief and technical questions

You send the scope in whatever form you have it. We come back with the questions that change the estimate, not a discovery workshop invoice.

1–2 daysNo cost

Written estimate

Scope, assumptions, team shape, timeline and price, in a document you can lift into your own proposal. Where AI changes the estimate, we say by how much and why.

3 working daysNo cost

Build under your brand

Our engineers join your Slack or Teams, your Jira or ClickUp, your repositories. Commits, tickets, standups and demo builds all sit inside your process. If your client joins a call, they meet your team.

PoC in 2 weeks

Handover and IP transfer

Repositories, infrastructure, environment variables, documentation and a walkthrough for whoever maintains it. IP assigns to you on final payment. We keep nothing.

What is in the contract, not just on the website

Every point below is a written term, not a promise in a sales deck. Ask for the template and read it before you send us a brief.

What we commit to

  • Mutual NDA signed before any brief, scope or credential changes hands.
  • Non-solicitation: we do not approach your clients, and you do not approach our engineers.
  • Full IP assignment to you or your client on final payment: code, designs, documentation, infrastructure config.
  • No public reference to your agency or your clients without separate written permission.
  • All communication under your brand. Our engineers use your workspace and, where you want it, your email domain.
  • Data handling to your client's requirements, regional hosting, access scoping and deletion on request.

What we will not do

  • Contact your client directly, at any point, for any reason.
  • Put your client's logo on our site or in a pitch deck.
  • Take a project from a client we met through you.
  • License anything back to ourselves out of work you paid for.
  • Bill for discovery, estimation or a scoping workshop.
  • Hand you a "resource" and call it a team.

Straight answers

The questions agencies actually ask

We work inside your workspace under your naming conventions, and where you want it, on your email domain. Client-facing documents carry your branding only. If a client call needs an engineer, they join as part of your team or we brief your PM instead, your call, agreed before kickoff.

A non-solicitation clause in the same document as the NDA, running both directions and surviving the end of the engagement. It is enforceable, and it is the reason we do not publish client work without written permission.

Two things. Internally: AI-assisted code generation under senior review, automated test authoring, migration and refactor tooling, and spec-to-scaffold on new services, which is what compresses a proof of concept into two weeks. In the product: retrieval-grounded assistants, document extraction, computer vision, forecasting and agentic workflows, built as real features your client can sell. We will show you which parts of an estimate AI actually changed.

You do, or your client does, whichever your contract with them specifies. Full IP assignment on final payment, including repositories, infrastructure definitions and documentation. We retain no licence and no reuse right over anything project-specific.

We recommend it. A paid pilot (one module, one integration, one prototype) is the cheapest way for you to see how we estimate, communicate and ship before you put a large brief at risk.

You get told early. Weekly demo builds exist so that a slipping timeline is visible in week two, not week nine. Where we have misestimated, we say so and absorb it rather than reopening the price with your client already committed.

We are in Dhaka, GMT+6. Against a 09:00–18:00 day here: the UAE overlaps seven hours, the rest of the Gulf six, Central Europe four to five, the UK three to four, and eastern Australia three to four in your afternoon. US Eastern overlaps zero hours on standard schedules, so for North American partners we run a shifted 14:00–22:00 shift that puts 09:00–12:00 Eastern inside our day, with US Pacific handled by one fixed daily call and an async process. Whichever window applies to you goes in the engagement document, so nobody is guessing in week three.

A GDPR Article 28 processing agreement, Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer (Bangladesh has no adequacy decision, so SCCs are the mechanism) and a named sub-processor list you can hand to their DPO. Where the requirement is that data does not leave the EU, we deploy into an EU region and scope engineer access accordingly. Same pattern for a Gulf client who needs in-region hosting.

We do, in the sectors on this site. We will tell you upfront if a brief you send overlaps with something we already run directly, and we will decline rather than create a conflict.

Next step

Three ways to start, none of which commit you to anything

Ask for the one-pager if you are still evaluating. Book a call if you have a live brief. Send a pilot if you want to see the work before the work.
