Gulf Cooperation Council
AI engineering for the Gulf, on your working week.
NXTVIS deploys computer vision, document AI, forecasting and LLM systems inside operations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman. We work on a six-to-seven-hour overlap with your day (on the Sunday-to-Thursday week in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, with Friday cover for the UAE's Monday-to-Friday week), host in-region when your data has to stay there, and build to the PDPL and SDAIA expectations your procurement team will check against.
7 hrs
Daily overlap with the UAE (GMT+4)
6 hrs
Daily overlap with KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait (GMT+3)
Our office runs Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00 Dhaka time (GMT+6): the same week as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. UAE clients on a Monday-to-Friday week get Friday cover written into the schedule.
What is being bought
Gulf operators are past the pilot stage. The gap is production.
Most GCC organisations already use AI somewhere; far fewer have it running inside a core process, measured against a cost line. The demand we see is task-specific and operational rather than another chatbot on a website.
Data residency and regulation
Built for the questions your procurement team asks first.
In the Gulf the first question is no longer "does the model work" but "where does the data live, and who can prove it". We treat that as an architecture constraint from the first design call, not a form to fill in at contract stage.
Saudi PDPL and SDAIA
We assume the Personal Data Protection Law applies to anything that touches personal data (prompts, logs, support tickets, training sets) and design retention, access scoping and transfer controls to match. Deliverables include a data-flow map, a model card and a DPIA-style review, which is what SDAIA-aligned procurement expects to see.
UAE PDPL, DIFC and ADGM
Federal and free-zone regimes differ; we map which applies to your entity and host accordingly, with UAE-region cloud or on-premise inference where the data classification requires it.
In-region hosting
AWS Bahrain and UAE, Microsoft Azure UAE, Google Cloud Dammam and Doha, Oracle Jeddah and Abu Dhabi, or your own servers. Hosting region is chosen by your requirement, never by our convenience. Camera footage and biometric data stay on site by default.
Arabic as a first-class language
Assistants and document pipelines are built and evaluated in Arabic and English together, including Gulf dialect handling for customer-facing systems, not translated after the fact.
How the engagement runs
Four steps. The first three cost nothing.
The same engagement we run everywhere, with the Gulf specifics made explicit: contracting in USD or AED, a mutual NDA before any access, and a working day that overlaps most of yours.
A 30-minute call, in your morning
We map how the operation runs, which systems hold the data and where the cost sits. Arabic-speaking engineers join when that helps the conversation.
Remote systems review under NDA
Read-only access to the systems you choose, a walkthrough of real workflows with the people who run them, and a review of your data classification and residency requirements.
The AI Opportunity Report
Every deployable workflow with build cost, annual saving and payback, the ones we would leave alone, and the hosting and compliance notes your legal team will want. Yours to keep.
Deploy, in-region
A proof of concept inside two weeks and a production deployment inside two months, hosted where your requirement says, with monitoring and handover documentation as standard.
For Gulf agencies and integrators
Your Dubai or Riyadh brand. Our engineering team.
Digital agencies, consultancies and system integrators in the Gulf bring us the AI and software work that is bigger than their bench. We build under your brand, inside your tools, and never contact your client. Rates are set so a partner quotes at Gulf market rate and keeps a real margin.
Mutual NDA and non-solicitation
Signed before any brief, running both ways and surviving the engagement.
Full IP assignment
Repositories, infrastructure and documentation transfer to you or your client on final payment.
Your working week
Sunday to Thursday for Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman; Friday cover for UAE agencies on a Monday-to-Friday week. Standups sit inside our day rather than at the end of it.
Invoicing in AED or USD
On your payment terms. Company registration and insurance documents available before a bid.
Straight answers
What Gulf buyers ask us.
NXTVIS contracts from Bangladesh and invoices in USD or AED. For engagements that require a locally registered counterparty (some government and large-enterprise procurement does) we work through a registered partner agency or integrator in-country, under their paper, with us as the named engineering subcontractor. Tell us the procurement route on the first call and we will say plainly which structure fits.
Yes. We deploy to in-region cloud (AWS Bahrain/UAE, Azure UAE, Google Cloud Dammam/Doha, Oracle Jeddah/Abu Dhabi) or on your own servers, and we design so that prompts, logs and telemetry stay in the same region as the core data, the common mistake is keeping the database in-region while sending traces to a tool somewhere else. Where a cross-border transfer is unavoidable we document the basis and controls before anything is built.
The audit is a remote engagement: read-only access to the systems you choose, screen-shared walkthroughs with the people who run the workflows, and a review of exports or samples under NDA. A site visit is only arranged when a floor or camera deployment needs physical measurement, and that is scheduled as part of the build, not the audit.
Our working language is English and every deliverable is written in English. We have Arabic-speaking engineers for requirements calls and for the data and evaluation work on Arabic-language systems, and we have shipped an Arabic-first LLM product. Customer-facing systems are evaluated in Arabic and English together.
Our office week is Sunday to Thursday: the same as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. The UAE moved to a Monday-to-Friday week in 2022, so for UAE clients Friday cover is agreed per engagement and written into the support schedule rather than assumed, and Sunday becomes a quiet build day on our side.

One thirty-minute call in your morning. A few days inside your systems, remotely and under NDA. A written, costed report you can take to your board. You pay for none of it.
The audit is run remotely over a read-only connection and a few working calls. A site visit is arranged only when a floor deployment needs one.
